Account Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This document is an electronic record in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and its relevant rules and amendments. As an electronic record generated by a computer system, it does not require any physical or digital signatures.

2. Cancellation of Account

You may request cancellation of your Agnion account at any time by submitting a written request via email to info@agnion.in. Upon receiving your cancellation request, Agnion will verify your identity and process your request within 10 working days in accordance with this Account Cancellation Policy.

3. Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation of your account:

• You will lose access to any personalized features, saved data, and transaction history within your account.
• Any unused balances in the Agnion Wallet, and pending or scheduled services, may be subject to the applicable refund policy and subject to payment gateway or regulatory restrictions.
• Access to services that require a valid and active account will be revoked.

4. Obligations After Cancellation

Any legal or contractual obligations arising prior to the effective date of account cancellation will remain enforceable. Cancellation does not absolve you of payment for any outstanding fees, charges, or dues incurred before the cancellation request.

5. Company's Right to Cancel or Suspend

Agnion ECharge Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, especially for violations of applicable laws, fraudulent conduct, or breach of policy.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Upon account cancellation, your personal information will be retained for such a period as required by law and for the purpose of dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and enforcement of policy. Thereafter, all personal data shall be securely deleted, except as required for legal recordkeeping.

7. Modifications

Agnion may modify this Account Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Continued use of Services after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
