1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing www.agnion.in or using Agnion’s products, charging stations, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. About Us
Agnion ECharge Private Limited is a provider of EV charging hardware, installation, and related services, registered in Tamil Nadu, India.
3. Products & Services
We supply AC EV chargers (3.3 kW to 22 kW), and provide site assessment, installation, commissioning, annual maintenance (AMC), software subscriptions, and support. Product specifications, prices, and availability may change without prior notice.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise (GST: 5% on machines, 18% on services). Prices exclude electrical and network/Wi-Fi infrastructure unless agreed in writing. Payments for charging sessions are processed through secure third-party gateways.
5. Installation & Site Requirements
The customer is responsible for providing a suitable site and the electrical and internet infrastructure required for installation, in line with the wiring specifications we provide. Installation timelines are estimates and may vary with site conditions and approvals.
6. Warranty
Our chargers include a standard one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of installation. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, improper installation by third parties, power surges beyond rated protection, or external factors.
7. AMC & Subscription
Annual Maintenance Contracts and software subscriptions are billed as per the selected plan. Continued access to remote monitoring and software features requires an active subscription.
8. Partner Programme
Partnership terms, including revenue sharing and obligations, are governed by a separate written agreement between Agnion and the partner. Information on this website regarding partnerships is indicative only.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our chargers and services safely and lawfully, and not to tamper with, damage, or misuse any equipment.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agnion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or vehicle/battery damage arising from misuse or factors outside our reasonable control.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the Agnion name, logo, text, and graphics — is the property of Agnion ECharge Private Limited and may not be used without written permission.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
